We have put together a basic conference & presentation audio visual equipment  hire package. The package includes our most commonly requested equipment that will give you your basic audio visual technical requirements for your event.

Every requirement is different so we have also listed audio visual equipment that can be added to this package to meet your requirements. If your requirements are not listed, you require stage sets or have more than 200 people attending then please contact us.

Basic Conference Audio Visual Hire Package

This basic conference package is suitable for up to 100 people and includes the following equipment.

  • Audio feed from Laptop

  • 8′ x 6′ Screen (Front or Rear Projection)
  • Remote powerpoint presentation control

Basic conference equipment hire cost: £395.00
Installation and collection add: £105.00
Onsite technician add: (includes installation and collection) £250.00
Transport: £CALL

Costs are based on Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm Straight forward level access to venue. Exclude VAT at current rate.

    This is required when using with a DVD player if you want to smoothly switch between laptop and DVD players.
