Sanyo XW200 (2200 lumen) Data/video projector. Can be used in most indoor lighting conditions and accepts inputs from laptops & DVD players.

Premium Public Address (PA) System

This package provides you with a quality PA system. It includes speakers, stands, amplifiers and all associated cables. Just select from the list below what you what to use with the PA system. All our PA system speakers can be used outdoors.

Projector Package

This package provides you with all the necessary equipment for a small meeting/seminar that requires a PowerPoint presentation. The presenter just brings his/her laptop along and everything else is in place. The projector is a 2200 lumen unit that will work in most light conditions. An audio speaker is included in case anybody has any audio or video clips in their presentation.

Conference Solution 1

This package is designed for a conference with about 100 delegates. It includes all you require to display PowerPoint presentations, an audio system with a lectern microphone. Presenters can just bring their own laptops.

Conference Solution 2

This package is designed generally for larger conferences where the technology is not to be noticed. Ie no interruption in changing laptops or microphones between presenters. This gives you a slick professional conference where the presentations are operated by a technician via a cue system from the presenter. DVDs, microphones are all operated by the technician and will be turn on or played at the right time seamlessly.

Audio is fundamental in the success of a conference or presentation. It is important that every spoken word is heard clearly by every delegate without distraction. Often that distraction may come from microphone feedback or microphones not getting turned on at the correct time.

Live music events

Large outdoor PA systems, Digital mixing consoles, stage foldback systems, in ear monitoring systems, monitor mixing desks, microphones, radio microphones.

For live music events audio may be required to provide coverage in a small room to enhance vocals or large venue and open outdoor spaces to enhance and make every person in the audience feel part of the production.
We don't turn up with a pile of speakers but will provide an audio system appropriate for the venue. We can cater for all musicians audio requirements.

Visual Projection and Display

Soundbite Productions provides all you need, including seamlessly switching DVDs and presentations, to keep the event slick. We also provide on stage screen monitors for presenters.

Soundbite Productions supplies single or multiple projectors, screens and plasma screens of different shapes and sizes to show DVDs, live camera footage or to display PowerPoint presentations. We also arrange and supply outdoor LED screens. Our technicians will run your presentation and integrate all elements to keep the audience riveted - the rest is down to your presenters!

Lighting

Fixed stage lighting, moving intelligent lighting, lighting rigs and support systems.

Lighting has many different uses from decorative up lighting on walls and stage sets, through to complex stage and venue lighting, incorporating many changes of colour and mood.

Lighting can dramatically change the look and feel of the room to suit your event. It can be used for branding purposes, highlighting logos or pictures and even projecting graphics onto the walls, floor and ceiling.

At large events, stage lighting is essential to highlight the presenters or performers. Moving, intelligent effect lighting will add that extra impact whether you are holding a rock concert or using it to effect a transition during a conference.

Staging

Soundbite Productions can provide staging suitable for use both in door and outdoor.
For indoor use we stock very smart grey-carpeted stage units that are lightweight and can be installed to any shape and size. It can be assembled in minimum time with minimum amount of people but yet has been load tested to 1000kg per square meter.
For outdoor stages we supply heavy-duty steel dec.

For outdoor events we are able to supply stage coverings of different types and sizes.

Stage backdrops

We can archive a stage backdrop by using draping or using paneled sets. (Stage Sets)
We are able provide both stock stage sets (standard generic) and custom built stage sets of any size to represent your companies / organisations branding.

Audience voting systems

Audience voting systems are a popular method of promoting engagement and creating interactivity with your audience.

Each member of the audience is given a wireless handset, a question is displayed on screen and then everybody has the opportunity to vote on question. The results of what the audience voted then instantly comes up on screen as a graph or figures.
These systems are ideal for:
