Brief

To provide straight forward, simple audiovisual support for their monthly conferences. Each meeting has about 50 – 100 delegates. Having a technician at the meeting enabled the people running the conference not to have to deal or think about the technology!

Solution

Audio

• A simple two speaker audio system
• Lectern microphone, tie clip radio microphones for presenters
• Hand held radio microphones for question and answer sessions
• Audio feed from the presentations

Visuals

• An 8ft x 6ft screen with a 4500 lumen projector
• Power point presentation remote control which allowed presenters to advance their slides
• Large LED countdown clock display to indicate to presenters how much time left they have for their presentation
