Brief

To provide straight forward, simple audiovisual support for their monthly conferences. Each meeting has about 50 - 100 delegates. Having a technician at the meeting enabled the people running the conference not to have to deal or think about the technology!

Solution

Audio

A simple two speaker audio system
Lectern microphone, tie clip radio microphones for presenters
Hand held radio microphones for question and answer sessions
Audio feed from the presentations

Visuals

An 8ft x 6ft screen with a 4500 lumen projector
Power point presentation remote control which allowed presenters to advance their slides
Large LED countdown clock display to indicate to presenters how much time left they have for their presentation
