Brief
To supply audio visual for a two day conference being held by Morley Fund Management in Central London
Solution
Audio
- All multiple speakers were suspended from trussing to keep clear lines of site
- Sub bass speakers were used for high impact intro and DVD stings
- Total of 11 lapel radio microphones were used for presenters
- Lectern microphone for backup
- 4 hand held radio microphones for question and answer sessions
- All sessions recorded onto MP3 recorder
Visuals
- 4 5500 lumen projectors for the screens. These were front projected and flown from the trussing. The projectors also included backup units in the unlikely case of a projector failure
- 42" Plasma screen monitor for the presenters
- Remote radio cue system for presenters to advance presentations
- DVD for video presentations
- Countdown timer clocks to keep presenters and Q&A sessions to time
Lighting
- Stage lighting for lectern and general wash. All lighting fixtures suspended from the truss
- Up lighting for stage set
Reception Area
- Audio system to provide background music and announcements
- Four Plasma screens to display rolling video presentation
- Up lighting around the room
