Brief

To supply audio visual support for a 5 day road show for investment company's Aberdeen Asset Management. Each event lasted 1 hour and needed to be a slick smooth running presentation.

Solution

Audio

• Discrete two speaker PA system
• Lectern and lapel radio microphones for presenters
• Hand held radio microphones for question and answers
• Audio feed from DVD player

Visuals

• Bright 5500 lumen projector and a backup projector set in place ready to switch should the main projector fail
• TFT display screen for presenters
• Laptop computer for power point presentation
• Remote radio cue system for presenters to remotely advance presentation slides
• DVD Player to play intro video presentation

Lighting

• Lectern spot and stage, top table wash lighting
• Stage set up lighting
